We have been breeding shetlands since 2003 although we have owned an Island bred Shetland for several years before that.

We picked our foundation mares firstly on temperament and conformation and have bred many different colours over the years, but now try to concentrate on breeding bay & white and a variety of duns, but we do also have other colours.

We had three beautiful foals in 2018 by our stud stallions Tussilago Jessie James and Twyfords Apache. These have all now gone to there new homes, but we have scanned quite a few more mares in foal for this year from these two stallions and also from Benston Joker (31" Piebald), Sprigo of Berry (30" Chestnut, white legs) and Stow Superfine (39" Black)
These will be due April / May 2019.

We are always happy to help with advice or questions, so please feel free to email or give me a call for a chat.

We have had to make the very difficult decision to sell many of our beautiful ponies, some are for sale now, but many more will be for sale once foaled.

Please click on the for sale link for details of any ponies we may have for sale. We have a couple of reliable transporters that we use in the UK who are very reasonably priced, and also a couple of International Transporters. We have exported foals to Germany, Holland, Belgium, Austria, Denmark, Hungary and France and are always happy to add to this ever growing list of countries
